Giving to FPU is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and the next generation of leaders . . . to impact our community and our world. Your gift to any of the following funds, scholarships or projects helps FPU continue to make a difference and is important to us.
University Scholarship fund
The University Scholarship fund provides essential monetary support for the resources that maintain and improve the academic, ethical and spiritual education offered to each and every student. Gifts to this fund support the areas of greatest need: financial aid and scholarships, teaching and research equipment, faculty development, student life programs and enhancements to the campus.

Sunbird Club
The Sunbird Club is the fundraising arm for Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Department of Athletics and exists to raise funds for student-athlete scholarships, program operational costs and capital improvements. By combining athletic opportunities with a Christian experience for all student-athletes, we aim to bridge the gap for funding for athletic endeavors and to expand the opportunities for our student-athletes to grow on their spiritual, educational and athletic journeys.
Seminary Scholarship Fund and Endowments
The Seminary Scholarship Fund makes seminary education affordable and accessible to students called into ministry. Contributions to the fund reduce tuition for all seminary students, provide for a denominational discount, and supply general financial aid in the form of scholarships to those who qualify. The Biblical Seminary's endowments enhance our mission by providing long-term stability and creating future opportunities for expansion and growth. Endowments fund scholarships and faculty chairs.

Endowment Scholarships
Scholarships are vital to FPU and to the students we serve. With a minimum donation of $10,000, donors may design and sponsor scholarships for students by school, major or other criteria. An endowed fund will be established continuing your scholarship and providing limitless opportunities to its recipients.
Edmund Janzen Lectureship in Biblical Studies
Established in 2004 in honor of the retirement of former FPU president and long-time faculty member Edmund Janzen, the Edmund Janzen Lectureship in Biblical Studies promotes careful scholarship in biblical interpretation as well as the witness of the Christian church. Lectures are intended for university faculty and students, pastors, and lay leaders and occur each spring alternating between the old and new testaments.
Harold H. Haak Academic Achievement Award for Undergraduate Students
In December 2004, Betty Haak gave a $10,000 donation to FPU to endow an annual award to honor and memorialize Harold H. Haak, her husband and former president of Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Pacific.
