Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a 鈥淕ood Faith Estimate鈥 explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don鈥檛 have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Contracted Services

PCC provides social-emotional support services to local school districts, churches and NGOs. With PCC, you鈥檒l work with the Pacific Counseling Director to design a program that meets the unique needs of your campus or site.

Our PCC clinicians offer a combination of individual, family, group, and crisis counseling, as well as case management, assessment and referral services, psychoeducation, and consultation, as appropriate to your clientele.

Clients receive services directly at your site thereby eliminating difficulties associated with accessing off-site counseling. Many clients feel more comfortable receiving counseling in the familiar setting of school or site and are therefore more likely to participate.

Why PCC?

PCC is a training agency for therapists. Our clinicians are actively learning the newest research-based techniques and are in weekly supervision where they are continuing to sharpen their therapeutic skills. For clients, this means the clinician they are working with is invested in the treatment process and is motivated to provide the best experience possible.

PCC therapists seek to deliver services with multicultural sensitivity and spiritual integrity. PCC therapists who do/did their graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at FPU Biblical Seminary have specific training in integrating Christian faith and counseling. If this integration is of particular interest to you, please mention it to the referral line time member at the time of the initial phone call.
